Sharan Early Life
Sharan comes from a family of well-known artists. Both of his grandparents and both of his parents were well-known Gubbi theatre actors. Shruti, who is younger than him, is a well-known performer. He has a younger sister named Usha who lives with him. Before he became an actor, his parents helped him become a successful singer in an orchestra.
He made albums with his own worship music as well as themes for TV shows. Sharan got his start as an actor with a series on the Doordarshan network. After seeing him in a TV show, the film’s director, Siddlingaiah, was impressed and gave him a small comedy role.
Sharan Career
A supporting part in Siddalingaiah’s Prema Prema Prema marked Sharan’s acting debut (1996). Since then, he has been in more than 100 movies, most of the time in small or funny roles. His comedic skills were first seen in movies like Friends (2002), Monalisa (2004), Jothe Jotheyali (2006), Pallakki (2007), and Maleyali Jotheyali (2009), among many others.
Both Victory (2013) and Rambo (2012) were box office and critical successes for Sharan, and both received high appreciation for his performances. Sharan’s first movie, Maanikya, came out in 2014, and he had a small role in it. He played both a man (Jayaraj) and a woman in the comedy Jai Lalitha (Lalitha). G. Even though S. liked the movie, it didn’t do very well at the box office.
Kumar of The Times of India praised Sharan for her “excellent mannerisms, line delivery, and body language” in the lead female role. His last movie of the year was a remake of the Tamil movie Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam from 2013 called Adyaksha.
He played the part of Chandrashekhara Gowda, a villager who causes trouble as the leader of the “Chi Thu Sangha” (also called the “Chinthe Illada Thund Haikla Sangha”) group before falling in love with the tenant’s daughter. Critics loved Sharan’s performance, and the movie did well both at the box office and with critics.
It was one of the most popular Kannada movies of the year. Because of how he played the part, he was nominated for the Best Actor Filmfare Award. Sharan played Bottle Mani in the 2015 movie Raja Rajendra. Bottle Mani is a man who says he will kill an old member of the royal family for money. Even though the movie got bad reviews, his performance was singled out as being especially good.
In the comedy Bullet Basya, he plays Muthu, who is the opposite of Basavaraj “Basya,” a villager who rides a Royal Enfield Bullet and likes women. Muthu is the polar opposite of Basya. He sang “Kaal Kg Kallekaai,” the movie’s theme song. Most critics had bad things to say about the movie. Bangalore Mirror described Sharan’s performance as “almost going overboard in his pursuit of comedy, but eventually doing justice to both characters.”
