Boney Kapoor is 62 years old. He makes Bollywood movies. He was born Achal Kapoor, and Punjabi filmmakers from Peshawar, Pakistan, who moved to India raised him in the entertainment business. When he and his family first moved to Mumbai, they lived at first in Raj Kapoor’s parking garage. In those hard times, his family was even forced to move to a slum in Mumbai called “chawl.”

Kapoor got his start in the business by working with famous actors like Shakti Samanta. Shekhar Kapur’s science fiction movie Mr. India, which starred his brother Anil Kapoor and his future wife Sridevi, is still his best-known work as a producer. In India, it was the second most popular movie that year, and people still love it.
Amrish Puri’s “Mogambo khush hua” (Mogambo is happy), which has become one of Bollywood’s most famous catchphrases, and Sridevi’s “Miss Hawa Hawaii” are two famous quotes and songs from the movie.
It made sense for him to take over his father’s job as a producer. He started working as an assistant editor in the 1970s. After that, he went to work for Shakti Samanta’s production company as an assistant director. His first movie, Hum Paanch, came out in 1980. It was a remake that started a trend in Bollywood of making movies in more than one language.
He made and directed the science fiction movie Mr. India, which starred his brother Anil Kapoor and the woman who would become his wife, Sridevi. The movie is considered a classic in India because of the song “Hawaii” by Sridevi, the line “Mogambo khush hua” by Amrish Puri, and the idea of an invisible guy.
